In dealing with the karma of real life, we often have to face choices, and judge whether they are right and wrong. Unfortunately, negative energy is often more attractive than positive, and can stick to the heart like a magnet. The more we want to get rid of them, the more sticky they becomes.
The purpose of the Dharma is to break our 84,000 kinds of troubles. In addition to hearing and thinking about the Dharma, it is more important to practice in real life in order to turn our karma into blessings.
