A pure heart is also a free heart, because there is nothing to worry about. So, the first thing is to use wisdom to check ourself: Are there many negative thoughts? Are there troubles? If there are, we are not pure bodhisattvas. If the heart is not pure, neither will the mouth and body.
So, everyday, we must remind ourself to look at our hearts. Once we notice a bad idea, correct it immediately and regret it immediately. If we can practice according to this, our obstacles will gradually disappear. Our outlook will be more and more pure and bright, as our heart correspond to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.
