If the heart is not pure, neither will the mouth and body.<\/p>\n<p>So, everyday, we must remind ourself to look at our hearts. Once we notice a\u00a0bad idea,\u00a0 correct it immediately and regret it immediately.\u00a0If we can practice according to this, our obstacles<span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">\u00a0will gradually disappear.
